Aldon Community Manager is a multi-faceted tool capable of embracing your company’s service desk, issue tracking and incident management requirements. This screenshot is of the Aldon Community Manager’s home page for a service desk project. You can easily view, filter, and report on any issue through user-defined filters, reports and dashboard elements. The panel on the bottom shows a high level summary of the selected issues, including, for example, the assignment, priority, and the status of each ticket. Aldon Configuration Management Database (CMDB) works seamlessly with Aldon Community Manager to give you complete visibility into all IT assets—infrastructure components, software applications, service packs, and more. This screenshot shows the high level summary of an Impact Analysis for a particular network device. You can see what impact this network device has on other configuration items (CIs), and where there are relationships and interdependencies, as well as any active issues (by project) associated with this device. This centralized collection of information provides on-demand knowledge enabling your IT staff to make decisions that are both quick and accurate.
