IT Compliance Management: Rocket Aldon Report Manager Screenshots

Aldon Report Manager is an easy-to-use web-based solution giving complete visibility into the development process. This screenshot of the Aldon Report Manager Home Page, lists the out-of-the-box reports available for tasks, releases and activities. You can choose to run a report from here, or make modifications to the selection critera using the options button.

Sample Report: Activity Summary by Release - Aldon LM(e)
This report displays a list of Activity Codes, their descriptions, the first and last date used and the number of times that the code was recorded within this release. These statistics can help to recognize anomalies in the optimal work flow within the development process, such as the overuse of emergency checkouts.

Sample Report: Activity Summary by Part - Aldon LM(e)
This report lists all the activities recorded for the defined Part, within the selected release(s) and date range. The data is displayed in activity timestamp order, and shows the from and to environment and the associated user. It provides valuable traceability for the movements of the part through the development process.

Sample Report: Activity Summary by Type - Aldon LM(e)
This report lists all activities within the selected release(s), activity type and date range. The data is displayed in activity timestamp order, and shows the part to which the activity applies, the from and to environment and the associated user. The report can be used to track the part(s) that were active within a segment of the development process.

Sample Report: Release Summary - Aldon LM(i)
In this example, an Aldon Lifecycle Manager (IBM i Edition) Release Summary was selected from the home screen. You are provided with an at-a-glance view of a release with summaries of libraries, checkouts, promotions, and the path to production. Note the emergency checkouts are highlighted in red.

Sample Report: Task Associated with Release - Aldon LM(i)
In this example, a list of the tasks associated with this particular release is shown, giving information such as what environment they are in, and creation and due dates. Mousing over the tasks will provide a more detailed description.

Sample Drill-Down Report: Task Summary - Aldon LM(i)
In this screenshot, a summary of a task in the Payroll Application is shown. Note details on status, and drill-down information such as actual vs. budgeted time spent. Clicking on the release link will show the task objects associated with the release.
